The guest house occupies a historic building, including such decor features as parquet floors.

The hotel boasts a convenient location 950 metres from Apeadeiro de Santos train station, within reach of the built elevator "Santa Justa Lift". Alfama is also located within a 5-minute drive of the Calling Lisbon.
